I feel like there might be something off about ‘em and I need a secound opinion.

If someone has been asking for monetization multiple times, copy pasting the same shit after not getting a response in their desired time frame after less than two weeks of being in the faction, I'd probably just boot em. You're not losing anything of value.
As a faction it's important to help each other, it's also important to realize when some weiner is just there trying to take advantage without providing any usefulness themselves.

Pro-Tip... You can avoid a lot of headaches if before you accept a new applicant into your faction you just go to the top of the forums, hit search, and type in their ID and hit enter.
generally useful yeah. In this case, it only pulled results of a bunch of noobs crying about each other but providing no actual context. I guess that's a red flag in itself but most people are willing to accept these idiots anyway because they just want another body in the faction to farm ocs, wars, etc.
