The dams on the nile that started to be a thing in the last decade is being used as a wepon to control Egypt we were not able to persuade or get deal on the Ethiopia and we suffered losses now someone is pushing Sudan to make its own dam that unarguably gonna be weponized against us if it wasn't originally made for that 

Egypt is now wither yo like it or not the last real free country in the middle east 

That will be the last nail in the Arab coffin 

If we are dead Arabs will be no more and you know who will take over and I think you don't want

I don't think they would have been able to defend and maintain the Sinai anyway. They surely just bought time, to build up, and feel  strong enough to do what they are doing now, and more. Sinai is just a buffer zone.

My only gripe is you said egypt is the last free country over there. 

It hasnt been free in a decade. and even then, for a blip. 

There has been attempts, '11 almost had it.  But for example, the last 'election' had 44% turnout... el-Sisi's plan from the get go. And he really only had to change 2 basic laws, both from 2012.

It will be impossible for your 3 regions to come to terms with GERD together, with el-Sisi in power there (authoritarian), Ehtipoa's (authoritarian regime), and sudan (dictatorship, in war with itself right now). And an authoritarian's first sacrifice, is it's citizens.   

Other countries, outside of russia and china wont get involved until trade is affected. 

If you guys could fix some of the laws el-Sisi put in place, and remove him in the next few years, then your country could gain the natural 'adults are speaking' and take charge of the deals. until then, everyone will be selfish, no one will look out for it's' citizens truly. 

Its a little old school, but it works. 

I'd write letters to other countries and the UN. If people are squawking about it in multiple places, more action is tenable.
