API data vs Logs data missmatch

I've noticed inconsistency in the api data that we retrieved from one of our wars. Here's the snippet of api response for faction/attacks endpoint

It says that the respect gain was 0 while in the factions logs it clearcly shows that respect was gained

also timestamp seems to be 1 minute adrift from the faction logs as it shows UTC: Friday, September 18, 2026 at 10:28:26 PM but in logs its 29 minute not 28th also there are no other attacks around that time for the same attacker or defender, so we assume this is the correct log that corresponds to the correct api response info.
