Because the guy they threatened to DB was the only person to have a problem with TDT leadership mugging one of their own members, while the rest of the leadership stood by and agreed that that sort of behaviour is acceptable. In a nutshell, the thread exposed shitty bahaviour from leadership which is apparently just normalcy to them and as such it made the faction itself more of a target than the threat of a DB.
