I keep getting poker chat notifications. I left the table yesterday. This is the second time this has happened. 

 

I am on Torn PDA beta. Manuito says this isn't coming from PDA side. 

 

Last time I think I managed to fix it by going back to the same room and disabling the chat flash. But that might have been coincidence. Idk. 

 

Have not been able to reproduce in the Torn app but I don't use the app much.

 

I was also getting push notifications from Elims team chat after disabling the chat flash. PDA put in an option to disable Elims chat push notifications for that but that's still just a bypass of the problem which is notifications with flash disabled. 

 

Cleared up after joining the table yet again and leaving yet again. Actually, in both cases I also opened the Torn app before joining the table again. Perhaps opening the Torn app fixed the push notifications for my device?

Please ensure that all chats are closed on any devices you have logged into, and that all device chat settings are set to Flash Disabled.

Additionally, please clear your app cache within PDA.

 

Does this reproduce on native Torn?

The last time this happened I did clear my cache and restarted my phone and this did not fix the push notifications. This time I had deleted my chat-cache alone (for the memory leak) before I received the push notification from the chat I left yesterday. I opened both Chrome and Firefox after leaving the poker table as I was testing to try to reproduce someone else's bug which is the only reason I opened the poker table in the first place. 

 

The push notifications in PDA both times this has occurred appears to have been fixed by opening the Torn APP and then joining and leaving a poker table (from PDA) again? 

 

The issue does not appear happen with the Torn app. Or at least I can't reproduce it in the Torn app.

Actually I had notifications off on my Torn app. I will try the app now and see if I can reproduce. 

 

Yeah no can't reproduce with Torn app. And it doesn't occur on PDA if the Torn app is open apparently either.

I am fairly sure you got de-synced with poker chat, which can happen. By rejoining the table and leaving again, you likely re-synced yourself.
