I only got picked as a last minute wildcard so didn't get a mentor until fight day, and immediately lost, but I have a neat little animation of my defeat so I'm happy ¯_(ツ)_/¯

This is and always was about having some fun, and helping out a noob. Mine went out first round to a flurry of crits. Did they whinge and moan about how their opponent had a billion dollar weapon? Did they whine about how the rules of the entirely free to enter first-time tournament wasn't professional enough?
No, they were disappointed sure, but they weren't a ****. And was just happy to be involved.
You might learn the most important Torn lesson from this; there is always a player who puts in more effort and plays smarter than you.
I came to read this & find out just how people will fight with their butts. I was completely bamboozled.
Butt fights would have been odd. However quite amusing as well as funny.
