No comment from bogie on whether communal cache opening is banned off site. For example pooled cache opening. 

I would assume it's alright if payout is split by buy-in ratios. Or of the proceeds are used as war pay. 

I would also assume of site cache opening with a single winner would be banned under raffle bans. 

For an example of a use case for pooled cache openings that doesn't exactly require a buy in with Torn assets (except energy is counted as an asset, so technically it would still be pooled asset for asset based distribution) - RW are rewarded with caches. Some factions open them instead of sell them. I've heard that some factions even reward the opened weapons as payment to the top hitters. Is that banned if done off-site now or no? 

Why would giving faction owned property to faction members who helped gain said property be gambling? Is that a real question or am I missing some grey area? 

Can you guys atleast unrig the torn casino then so blackjack n stuff becomes actualy playable

Also covers cache sharing investment schemes. Do they need to log shared caches on site now? 

I was using faction cache payout as an example of non-gambling cache pooling. Except Torn considers energy a valued asset, so technically RW cache openings distribution as war pay would technically be a raffle with energy spent used as the tickets to enter the raffle.

You used to be able to card count the Torn casino and come out ahead long term. Too many did it though and that was removed.

Can I make my newbies fight when they delay an OC and invite external bets within Torn outside my house on a sunny tuesday if the cows are laying down?
