Hello and welcome to torn.
First of all, you are going to want to find a faction with more respect. I highly recommend checking out this list of factions that will be able to help you grow faster (and in turn keep you in the game longer). As it stands right now, your leader does not have very much experience in game and you can do a lot better, especially if you show that you are willing to grow. Plus, with better factions, you get better travelling perks ;)
Second of all, feel free to message me, I can gvie you some items :D
A piece of advice you haven’t received yet, make this your first and last post in general discussion until you understand the GD culture ( if you can call it that)
