The lease for the PI unit that my partner and I are currently occupying expires in 10 days. What is a "reasonable" rental rate for a Max PI unit for a period of 100 days or less?
Having this information would at least give me a price benchmark for negotiations and help me avoid paying an excessive rate...
The one you see when you go to the rental market. Entries are organised by happiness then by price/day. Just see what is the first entry for the amount of days you want to rent by, and ball park from there. Honestly, it's a moving market, so observe and take note every day for 3 days or so and make your decision by that :)
