It says i have 42 points. I just 20 more then week ago but didn't reset. Still showing. Now i have "42". I want to use 20. And it keep saying that i dont have enough points?

If you are trying to use the "Mining Boom" special, you need to type 20 in the box, not 1.
It is asking how many points to spend, not how many specials to use.
Edit: (Because 1 point is not enough points for a 20 point special, hence the message - if you had typed in 30 it would have used 1 special and left the other 10 points unspent)
