Doubtful. The EU is cracking down on Loot Boxes, and since Torn currency can be bought with real money all of the supply boxes could be considered loot boxes by some definition. As a result, Torn are taking the proactive measure to ensure that the odds of these loot boxes are published.

NPC Loot or City Finds would not be considered loot boxes and therefore the drop rates do not need to be published

Do the weapons caches have the same rarity odds as armor caches? What are the chances for each bonus & what are the bonus quality ranges at each rarity tier? What distribution is used for weapon damage/accuracy/quality?

So there's something interesting about Keg of Beer I read there. Each pull you have a 98.5% chance of another pull. So actually the story about people pulling beers out of kegs and listing "used kegs" that only have a few pulls left is a myth, and theoretically you could get infinite pulls!

Yes, 0.000121% (1 in 826,446) chance. Wiki says there are 4,393,767 billfolds in circulation so if you were to open every billfold in the game that would happen 5-6 times probably.

I think it is safe to assume that the rarity odds are the same for weapons (Yellow 90%, Orange 9%, Red 1%.)

Given that all the weapons have an equal chance of dropping, I would assume all the bonuses have an equal change of dropping. This seems especially true since double bonus weapons have previously spawned with incompatible bonuses.

They will not tell us quality and bonus ranges but the data is out there.

I'm going to have to check my logs and see if i got one. 

The odds page lists the odds of different weapons, but doesn't mention perks. That seems like an omission since that is the value being chased.
