Yes? Jobs have a primary workstat and secondary workstat - if you are employed in a position with Endurance as the primary stat then every day you would be getting more Endurance than whatever the second stat for that position is, and every train would also be giving more to Endurance than any other stat.
You could also work as a salesperson in a lingerie store, using 10 job points for 100 endurance AS WELL as the "normal" job bonuses giving primarily endurance.
