I’m genuinely confused why I should be in a faction. Ever since I joined my faction I’ve been in the hospital and genuinely making me hate this game. I feel like it’s new player bullying. I don’t even know how to play yet and now can’t play because I’m in the hospital 24/7

Take time to look at faction recruitment forums and join a faction that wont abuse you.
You've been in a war, mate. Your stats show you joined the faction 5 days ago, and your defends lost stat show you've been in the hospital for the 1.5 days your war lasted. You barely got hit before that. So it's not just being in the faction that puts you in hospital, it's the war.
If your faction didn't explain to you what a war is, how you should act, and how you can earn money from it, then yeah, it's a bit shitty. But you aren't being bullied, you're experiencing an event that is one of the main reasons to join a faction, because there's opportunities to make more money from it than you can from almost anything else in the game.
