It's solid AF, but would be worth quite a bit more if it was an Enfield with the 30rd mag. Specialist on Armalite's 15rd mag is pretty rough in high up competitive diamond wars where so many group fights involve reloading because of the growing presence of 0 damage EOD-ammo-soaking and outside folks hired to hold open attack logs.  And yeah, you can sacrifice some accuracy/crit/dodge and get a recoil pad, but you can get one on an Enfield too. You can't analytically model Bleed, and both Changli and Cursed lists are analytical, as far as I'm aware. So was the bonus ignored?

Maybe not for Changli, and it definitely seems like it for Cursed

Obviously if you are modeling the weapon by ignoring one of its bonuses, it's going to rank quite poorly.

That being said, Bleed should perform even better in group fights than any of these rankings suggest, it's like the opposite problem that Specialist has

weaken isn't counted on my sheet though due to complexity so it'd perform marginally better in practice

also just because it was mentioned above (not trying to spark discussion) bleed isnt counted due to complexity and also normally you want 1 good bleed procc then swap to a different weapon rather than just spamming it over and over so you dont overwrite a crit bleed with a foot hit or something
