i dont know what the actual rate of oding is. i currently have a 4.4% rate of ods on xanax. this is more than ive seen anywhere. I honestly think the game hates me, i dont win the lottery even if i play daily, i dont find good stuff in the city best thing was a can of munster, i have spent damn near 800 dollars to help me grow and people are still bigger than me, I have watched as people younger than me that are damn near 2x my stats (been doing edvd jumps did a 99k jump but its too expensive to keep up). I think donator packs need a price increase in the pawn shop, we have player dropping billions on guns from caches and it takes about 25 dollars to afford the smallest cache. meaning if someone is lucky they can just win the damn game off a lucky cache, but even if you spend money you have years to grind. the games economy has been super inflated due to donator packs because people cant afford torn life without it. this game is more of a scam than the scammers in the game. Chedburn, you need to do something you make more than enough money off the players actually use it for some damn game improvements. everything in the game cost more than you can possibly make from traveling or trading unless youre lucky and get a 5 billion dollar gun. this basically enforces the idea you gotta gamble to make money. even the weekly lottery goes to green leafs who havent even played the game long enough to know how to save that money and grow it. personally think the lottery shouldnt be available so early especially when we know multi account exist and dont always get caught before than. Call it what it is im a noob who has spent so much money and still nothing to show for it. i own a comp that makes me a little money off selling trains, but thats not even part of the actual game mechanics its player based extortion. i travel a lot to buy items and watch the prices tank from my bazaar even tho it was at market price when posted. its a game with 20 years of players inflating the market, players cant buy from comps directly they have to buy from the employees selling the items from their jp which encourages price gouging cause people need more money. wars dont even pay well, if you take a chance and open your caches 90% of the time you just wasted money. and the caches always get sold cheaper than their value cause people buy and sell them. territories also make no sense due to the factor it being completely controlled by the big alliances. personally i have stated this before i think territory wars should be based on the factions rank, change the rewards so higher ranks get more out of it. this game has over 19k factions yet only 17 territory spots for the whole player community. its a monopoly you have to spend billions to be allowed to control the territory. for unranked id say let them fight all the other unranked factions for territory, if they want an equal footing then do some wars. If you want to say the game is realistic than know the damn government exists to negate monopolies, create new guidelines and make it hard for anyone to be a billionaire. not just the people who dont have the stats to back up their ambitions. to top it off raids are a bit obsolete, if you arent a guy able to hit that button might as well not even think of them as a thing. most big factions dont use it, the smaller factions use it when they have a personal beef with a faction. overall i think the game needs improvement and not just testing damn pinatas (yeah bogie looking at you) there are bigger problems than testing new features try to fix the outdated ones first.

There is a metric for cache pulls though - chance of a red increases by 1% for every Donator Pack you buy since your last one. Maybe you haven't been swiping enough?*
