Chocolate keeps girlfriends happy
And in Fable it makes you fat. I'd use it as happy benefits gym gains and crime and you won't get much money from selling it. Good to check though, you hear horror stories of newer players finding stat enhancers and "wasting" them, etc
Remember - happiness drops back to normal every quarter of an hour, so train while you've got it...

I.e. you can use 48 candies, 24 bottles of alcohol, 12 cans of energy drink, or 4 other special boosters within a 24 hour period. (+1 which will bring the cooldown above 24 hours as your last use.
