Mugging problem.

I attacked someone to mug them, when I got the message to select (Leave, Mug, hosp). I clicked mug, and the Mug button didn't work. It showed as it got clicked and then got locked.

I thought it went through but only didn't redirect me to the attack log, so I clicked on the torn image, and surprisingly I was brought back to the attack screen, clicked Mug again (Although it was too late to get anything from mugging them) and yet again, the "Mug" option isn't functioning. Tried couple of times and nothing.

Then I clicked Leave and it worked...

Is this some anti-mugging mechanism or something? This has never happened to me before, and I can mug others with no problems.
Strangely they were playing 250m+ RR careless about any mugging, hence why I thought this whole thing as a strange incident.

Also while trying, I opened the page in another window and reloaded, just to make sure that it wasn't some Javascript not loading properly. And that didn't work either.

No, mug button should work in any case. I just made a quck test - worked fine for me (in FF). To catch the issue next time (if this will happen again) can you please open the console and check, if there are any errors (by pressing F12)? You can refresh the page if you didn't press the button btw - this will not end the attack.

I should have done that, sorry (kinda was in a hurry to do the mugging, so didn't really think much xD).. And should have checked if it actually was sending the request.. I'll do that if it happened again.

I believe it isn't possible to see if such a request was received on the server?

If client didn't send the request we can't see it in server log. Even if we are logging the problem at client side we also need to send the request to the server to send it, and this one can be also failed, so will be great if you will check the exact result, thatks.

I tried mugging that same person again, it worked normally. Most likely it was a one time occurrence..

I suspected that my client actually sent the request, hence why I thought it might show up on the server log.


Anyways, if it ever happened again, I'll try to remember to see the console, and check the requests.
