Anyone knows how to earn atleast 20 million a week? without slutting?
Stocks, flower/drug running, trading but honestly for you just hit level 15 and then do flower/drug running.
Mugging inactive players can also easily give you 20m a week, but you're better off running flowers and plushies and using your energy for training.
Check out the tutorial and guides forum on mugging guides.
Buy a bazaar and watch the flower, drugs, booster and medical market for a few days to see how much items sell around then buy when they're low and sell for higher, be careful doing this as some of the higher bazaars seem to have an endless supply and may undercut you, wait for you to undercut them, buy all your stock then mug you and add yours onto there's and put it back to there original price.
When you have a bit of money behind you start investing in stocks which give out free items such as TCHS, PRN, LSC ect.
Also, check out this money making guide, some of it isn't relevant anymore but it's still probably the best one going in my opinion.

yeah i hoped it will run well haha
have 2bn in the bank for a week with 10/10 merits thats just over 40m a week doing nothing :P
but yea to start off with flower running is best, then work up to stocks and casino stuff
If you dont have much cash making $20 million a week will be difficult. You probably cant do it with just one thing.
Some ideas. traveling boring as hell but you can make good money.
Trading.
Bounty collecting.
Keeping a eye on the item market and cheapest bazaars for bargains but this can be difficult if you dont know the value of everything just concentrate on a few things if you dont.
I like the auction house im making my biggest profit from that at the moment.
Seeing a item which always sells for $12 million + and winning it for under $10 million thats $2 million + instant cash for example.

Bank probably won't be enough for now.
i just won a goodie bag in the auction house for $15 million. Look at the item market and see how much they are worth. I made more than 20% within minutes.
