I would like a notification when war is declared and when war has ended. I fly a lot. While on a trip when war is declared, I am unaware of this until I land. With a notification of war being declared, I can change up my style to adapt. On the other side, a notification of war ending is also good to have prior to landing in another country.

you mean like citywatch?
Citywatch does not notify about war declare/end, as there is no associated 'event', it's only in the faction logs.
IMO this would make a good line-option in my suggestion: Event Control System.

The leader and co-leader get both already. Does every member really need this?
yes it is only really the leader and co who need it it is then their jobs to inform you ity watch sends them the event as a pop up
Every member may not need this. But it would be nice to have the option in those situations when the leader & co-leader have not had the opportunity to log in and send out a faction letter/notification to the other members.
