Chat bug

I've had a quick look but can't see this reported as a bug. I get the following (see image) often when I click on the gear/settings tab. I want to increase the height but no slider available. Then sometimes it is there.

Are you zoomed in/out? Try hitting Ctrl + 0 to see if that makes a difference

what browser / OS are you using?

have you tried cleaning cookies & temp files just in case? Or another browser by any chance?

Latest firefox browser. Full screen on windows 10 pc. Goes then comes back whether cleaning cookies or not. Seems intermittent. Also typi g msg in chat the pressing return occasionally does not send message. Message disappears and then ha e to retype and then sends when pressing return - again does not always do this but intermittent. I have latest flash player installed and java.

Not noticed this in EI or Chrome but rarely use those. Will start using and report back if issue occurs with those.

Could you see/test few days / some time with IE?
Just to see if it happens there.
If it's just FF, it might be related to that unless you get it on IE as well, then it's up to a coder to check further

I've done some testing and this seems to happen when settings has not fully loaded.
Easy to reproduce in Firefox by clicking Settings and then refreshing.
It happens for me for about 2 seconds in Chrome but then fully loads the settings page so it just seems to be limited to FF.

Hi,

I've made changes to avoid this mess with the sliders and the buttons. The changes could be live on next Tuesday.
But the bug occurred because of connections issues - we are working to resolve it.
