Suggestions forums issue

I made the above linked detailed suggestion over a year ago, it received 100 thumbs a long time ago (it's 185-6 as of now), yet no developer has even looked at the suggestion, let alone replied to it! What about the promise to reply to every suggestion that reached 100 thumbs up?

Surely here must be a bug in chedburn's head (no offense :P), please assign this bug report to chedburn, as was done in this thread (http://www.torn.com/forums.php#!p=threads&f=19&t=15963887&b=0&a=0) (in that thread chedburn said it was the way to do it from now on)(my previous thread was closed)
