Trading is a good way of making money and you can do that starting with just a tiny bit of tc play money.

There are jobs which have high pay as well.

I think it helps if your parents are wealthy. Most of the friends I know who wanted money fast, was able to get money fast when their parents had lots of money.

buy donator packs with real money. that's by far the easiest and fastest way.

You could flower run, invest in stocks, buy donator packs and you could do trading, but that will take a bit of money to do.

Join an 8 star grocery/sweet shop for cans every other day. They get you a million per day.
Level up to 15 so you can rent a PI with an airstrip and fly, if you do a minimum 3 trips a day, you could make 4mil a day

In the beginning stages of game, you just have to put in a lot of time and effort, and over time put yourself into more and more of the money making aspects of the game. there isn't one "best" way to earn cash, you pretty much need to dabble in all/many of the various aspects of the game that earn cash, especially in the beginning (see wiki help page, ways to earn money, or the guides and tuts). Obviously, the more time and effort you put in, the more potential for earnings you'll have. If you need to talk specifics, feel free to send a message, but the OP question is a bit open ended, and I could give you this advice or that advice, but it wouldn't necessarily be right for you without having more info.

The best way depends on what you're willing to do. You can buy donator packs if you have the real money to spend. You can trade stuff on the market if you're patient, you can mug if you're strong and can find the right targets, or you can gamble if you're lucky.

Also depends on how much risk you're willing to take. Poker, casino betting would be risky with high returns. More regular sources of income would be running flowers, plushies or drugs. You can also try your hand at the stock market if you're on regularly.
