Hey,

I was given the mission Drug Problem and one of the targets selected they were impossible to hit it just kept registering as hit for 0 until we stalmated.

Not impossible, you just need to try to use temps (Epinephrine, Melatonin, e.t.c.) or maybe try Vicodin or try a group attack. Targets are chosen based off total stats. BTW.
