Dirty wssb cash still in the game

I think by now its fair to say we all know what has happened with the whole WSSB mess these past few days i personally noticed a HUGE issue today the wssb cash its self is still in the game it has not been removed im just going to use the most clear example i have right now Hank [1732212] and BraveKath [1815519] im sure if my little pea brain can work out that hank had his wssb money in the faction bank or in his company he transferred it over to kath so he can get a friend to invest it for him and still profit from the wssb scandal some people might comment below calling me a brown nose a idiot or what ever but let me exmplain it to you.

The wssb cash was not removed it was deducted from players if the player has 0 they cant then make more money from it if the player has -135bill but their friend has the 135bill and is investing it for them they can easily make a good 10%+ every two months the players that means that they are still gaining from the wssb scandal i look forward to hearing from the community on this one and especially ched him self.

Nabisco is using slick's cash to invest with too, that's a joke - they're using illegal money created by insider trading to make more money, removing the actual cash would be a good idea...

This game is a crime city!! You shouldnt be punnished for pulling off major heists like they did.

At this point they are like the US. A lot of debt on hand, but is still able to spend their money that they shouldn't logically have.

File a player report and fix the period and comma keys on your keyboard.

It does look that way the fact is the money was not removed from the game its still here and still being profited by it needs to be looked in to with more depth it doesn't matter if the money was gifted or shared or what ever people are coming out with it needs to be removed and not just deducted from a player and just traded to a friend to still be profited with.

Wouldn't it better if they just added to duke loan (and make it so duke will never forget or w,e) (i know they won't be red or w.e and can kinda still function). But at least the amount owed would incease alot by each week. (maybe it might be "nice" to give them like a weekish to get the money before the loan starts gaining %).

If they have systems to detect all different kinds of money transfers when dealing with multies, RMT's and middleman activities, i'm sure they can easily trace where the money has really gone to and delete it - a much better solution than simply putting negative cash on their hand and allow their friends to continue investing the money.

It's simply a matter of whether they want to or not. :)

I agree with you completely on this part but I dont think it will happen due to logistics of following paper trails.

Ched wanted this over and he did it in an efficient semi fair "blanket removal" anyone under blanket was effected. For him to have a team investigate everything would take months longer, probably taking away from other important issues.

Edit: he would hhave to follow every paper trail by those effected by the blanket to be fair not just those who moved most money*

This is not about punishing people or removing illegal gains from certain individuals. It's about reversing everything during that 20 day window to bring 'WSSBgate' to a total and complete close

How they deal with their negative money is up to them, they'll have to pay it eventuallly if they want to properly play torn anyway. Whether they're sending their assets / money to their friends that's up to them.

its not the issue how they pay it in theory he can sit in -135 bill for his whole torn life and just get a friend to invest his cash for him and send him back boosters and so on the issue is the wssb profit money was not removed from the game and is still being profited by as we speak its not been removed!

The only thing they can't do is rehab, they can get their friends holding their stocks/cash to get them things to train with - it's dumb, they can make tens of billions with that illegal money before paying it off...

Problem here is how far do you follow the trail and what happens if money has been spent on items?

i.e say they spent 1b on FHCs from an innocent trader. Do you remove the money from the trader who is then out of pocket for something they were not involved in?

You end up having to have long and messy reversals. Whats been done is a quick solution without having to get into possible messy and complex scenarios. Whilst not brilliant probably the easiest solution

This is overkill for what is, as ched basically said, a precautionary measure. The cash is out of the system.

That's fair, perhaps earning 10's of billions is a bit over the top. But well, if they want to go through the hassle of coördinating their money step by step whilst not being able to use it themselves.. seems like an awfully large amount of effort for some pixel numbers.
