[Userscript] Put Forums button in right spot

Here is a userscript that places the Forums button back in the top bar where it belongs. The script places the Forums button into the second position only if an existing Forums button isn't found.

• Updated to also move the Help link to the end where it belongs. Conveniently puts the Forums link back into the second spot after it was returned in the wrong position.

Didn't even notice it gone until now.

It doesn't make sense to have two links that go to the same place. Those top bar links were only ever meant for 'logged-out' Torn, because we've always had 'Forums' in the sidebar, or the forum button on laptops. Any ideas?

Updated to also put the Help (Wiki) button at the end. Happens to put the Forums button back in the second position where it belongs so no broken workflow!
