Other than 'they logged in', what proof do you have exactly? If you think they are a multiple account, just report them instead of harassing them.
Thats the problem, staff dont get shit done once its brought to a thread thats when bans are dished i approached his other account and it logs out and then messaged him, i then blocked him. I dont see what i did wrong, at all.

From those chat logs, what you did was harass and blackmail ("if you don't respond I'll report you"). If you suspect someone is a multi, you should report them any way in my opinion. :/
