What will happen if i put an employee with stats that are below the minimum requirement for that specific job ?

What will happen if i put an employee with stats that are below the minimum requirement for that specific job ?
Nothing dramatic will happen. Depending on how low their stats are compared to the requirement and other factors such as activity and addiction their efficiency will be lower and your company will make less money than it would with a better employee.
