I've been looking through the best ways to train, and I've heard that stacking xanax will give you less gains than not stacking.
I've been looking through a few training guides, but I really don't know which technique to use. So, if anyone could help me out on this one, that would be great, thanks.
Stacking xanax and happiness jumping is best with low stats, under 400k in each stat. After that happiness becomes less of a factor, making it better to use xanax individually as you don't lose your natural energy regeneration.
After reaching that point, you pretty much want to use as much energy in the highest level gym possible. There are some educations to get, company specials and faction specials also to further your gains.
"I've heard that stacking xanax will give you less gains than not stacking."
Sometimes, that's true. But not always.
If you have higher stats, then it's true. The natural regeneration you lose when you stack costs you more than any additional gains.
But if you have your stats are low, then stacking helps a lot, assuming you do a happy jump. Stack to 1000e (or 900e), use edvd's and ecstasy to raise happy, then train all the energy. Then do a point refill and train that, while the happy is still high. It takes a couple of days, and you lose a lot of energy you would have gotten from natural regeneration, but the higher happy leads to much bigger gains. This tends to cost about $17M or $18M, and of course their is some risk of overdose, but the gains are big enough to make it very useful.
The calculations on how much you are going to gain any time you train are based a lot things. Your base amount (your starting stat) is a big part of that. Education classes, faction bonuses, and happy also have an effect. When you are new, the only part that you can really manipulate a lot is the happy. But with 5 edvd's and ecstasy, you can raise happy a lot. Later, when your base stats are higher, you've started moving up to better gyms, then happy still has an effect, but it's a smaller effect compared to the other things.
