There was a time when all torn citizens were residents, I believe it was a Tuesday, Doesn't matter....

The ONLY way in and out of the D.C is via public vote in the General Discussions Forum

-For entry to the center, The vote must be over 2:1 in favor of detention.

-For exit from the center, The vote only needs to be in favor of release (over 1:1)

Votes last for a minimum of 72 hrs. And will be repealed if results ever drop below the ratio requirements

Absolutely ANYONE can call for a vote!

I'm sorry RIck, but i feel like your recent chain of trying to out scammers and be the "police" of Torn is getting old.

There was a vote... as it is, The vote was in favor of this being done. 

Feel free to post any criticism, I partly wanted to place it in FUN&GAMES ,

Though i feel there was more association with "attacking" As propaganda is a valid form of offence.

"getting old" was my inspiration for doing this, As the Leeches with Speeches are draining the morale outa the forums

If the mods aren't going to do much, and if would-be detainees aren't learning, I support a decentralised solution such as this. 

I have strict guidelines that must be followed. If they are maintained, everything seems to be within rules :) 

This is a good idea, but will people actually be affected by this?

I mean, if this thread is not popular enough, people may not even know it exists

that is up to the people who do know it exists. What gets done with the list is open to suggestions x

2 weeks is a lot for this absolute garbage but since that meow guys threads fill a couple pages too, you never know..

I don't believe it was ever intended for the suggestions forum, I don't believe any rules have been broken, i do believe that all is within rules i will be contesting this decision and seeking better reason for it to have been graved. 

The communities opinion seems in favor of doing this, And the similar post in the suggestions forum clearly states 

"TEMPLATE FOR FEEDBACK ONLY"

Please put this thread back, and grave the suggestion
