So i got a mission that require me to go to canada and beat someone. I did travel to canada , but i cant attack that guy because the acc are not recently online. Cant complete my mission then. Got another 1 day before the mission failed. What should i do?

Have you accepted the mission or just thought you did? If you accepted it the target should be flashing red in the People list. If you didn't and are trying to hit them from their profile you're gonna have a hard time. If you did accept the mission and can't hit then, submit a bug report.
Yes i did accpt the mission, Plus the mission require me to beat 3 people at diffrent place. I already beat 2 out of 3, Somehow i cant attck them. Btw , i log in using Torn mobile app

update news, i can attck using laptop, but no in mobile. Case Closed
Not really closed, it's an obvious bug that should be reported and fixed.

Open the safe and send the contents to Duke
Go to the goods in your items list and click send. Type Duke's ID into the window when prompted, and send it.
