Random high thought today: I was trying to think of a way to manage my employees drug addiction levels at my company and I thought, what if there was a way to drug test them and find out how addicted they are. Easy way to implement, add an option in the employee section to pay a certain amount to drug test either all your workers or maybe each individual worker, and the test merely tells you what addiction levels they're at. This way you can see if your employees are keeping their addiction levels low to be more efficient in the company.

There's no real need for this, if you see they are active but efficiency is dropping, they are not rehabbing. If you see that they aren't rehabbing then talk to them, if they refuse to that's when you find a new employee.
This information doesn't help directors directly, only efficiency is useful. Drug addiction CAN hurt efficiency if an employee is just good enough stat wise, but is less of a problem when a player has good stats.
I think this is a cool idea but u can can just look at there stats it will tell u the last time they used
