So I recently was able to acquire a cyber cafe for cheap that had some upgrades to it and now I am faced with the task of getting Employees
and figuring out there pay.

And looking at all the job offers in Trade chat, there seems to be a little rhyme or reason to the pay but its all for companies that are 7+ stars.
so my question is this:

for a 1star Cyber Cafe how would one go about figuring out what pay to offer?

Thanks in advance for any help :)

Pay what you can afford. Post in the recruitment area, just a little post about your company and what specials they should expect in the future. Things like that. Also looking in the "Looking for job" area because people post their stats all the time. Most of the older people look for specials rather then pay I've been noticing do if you don't have useful special it may be hard to find people with the right stats.

Also message some other cyber cafe owners. Just throw a couple messages out to the owners of the more popular ones and ask them what you really want to know. From my experience half of the people I message actually responded.

any 1* company needs to pay over 1 mil daily for decent employees.

Pay is the only reason to work at low start companies.

edit: 9 bad directors have downvoted this so far.

You are saying like to get employees paying them so much more than what they worth to the company aka "losing money into the company". since everyone is not looking for money.
And you can get profit from a company from day 2.

but how do you do it? i mean unless they are your friend or a noob you a manipulating. i cant imagine anyone working in a 1* company at something like 40k stats for free.

At most I'll pay 25k but that's for low end companies, and surprisingly not a lot. Post up in the recruitment thread and do a few copy and paste and people will inevitably join. If you carry on running a loss the company bleeds out and then employees know it won't benefit them if they end up losing a job. Also keeping them updated on things that will happen tends to help too.

it's much easier than you think,
most of the people with 40k+ stats (at least the active ones - which are the ones that you really want) already have tons of money

at my CLA with a fairly low-demand set specials, i get about 25% success rate in recruitment - means for every 4 people i talk to, one of them actually joins. when i ran my farm, i had over 90% success rate - and because of the demand for the Early Riser special, working for free was a mandatory requirement, and everyone needed over 50k manual labour stat regardless of their other stats

so at the end of the day, how many people you need to talk to depends on the demand for the job specials you can offer

you dont understand. at 1* you gain 1 job point per day. it would take you a year to get as many job points other do in a month.

and there are no good 1* passive.

meaning that theres virtually no specials for 1* companies.

no company stays 1* for a year, and if you do manage to stay 1* for a year, then trust me, the employees are not worth more than $100 per day
