    I suppose a 'Favourites' tab on the items list itself might work, although we'd have to change the "Special" icon to something else I guess... And then figure out some intuitive way of favouriting items. However, a quick search feature …

    you know what else would be cool speaking of Items is a Use Quantity so i dont have to click use 50+ times

Not entirely sure if this suggestion has already been made, probably has but I ain’t seen it so...

We all have items we commonly use, make it easier and simpler to favourite certain items we want so it’s easily accessible.
I believe DoctorN has this feature however some players like myself only play on mobile.
We could save an extra 3 seconds when taking Xanax!!

An idea could be if you favourite an item it goes to the top of the items page, or like how guns/meds/drugs etc each have there own tabs, maybe a tab with all your favourite items could be useful?

ALSO ADD THIS EDIT:
Favorite items should be such that you only click it once to use the item. NO CONFIRMATION PLEASE. (Similar to DoctorN)

Sounds good. But they would have to program the game to add up how much of ,and what we use. Then reorganize our "every players" list. What's 3 second really when there's a 7hour cool down lol ?

I love that bro. I hate how it's not organized and Bazaar owners should also have a city tab to organize their prices instead of using a third party Google spreadsheet.
