Originally "Purge Night" but can be renamed to "Day of the Purge" or just "Purge Day".

Once a year for 24 hours straight ALL crime is legal. Meaning you can't get busted for doing any crimes at all or even trying to bust someone out of jail. These are basically the proposed bonuses and nerfs:

1. Increase in gains from mugging.

2. Reduced CE gained from committing crimes since crime is now legal.

3. CE doesn't drop during the entirety of the event.

4. Reduced nerve required to commit crimes or Double nerve bar.

5. No one can get busted during "the purge".

6. All attacks are 100% stealthed during the event, this makes sense considering the use of masks. (Suggested by Jia).

I am thinking of a fun event where these perks are triggered when you were a mask. Just like the original purge we can introduce soo many different masks and even have a community competition where we ask members to design their own custom masks and post in forums.

Please Note: Not asking for all perks to be approved (would be nice if they all were though).

Once a year for 12 hours straight ALL crime is legal. Meaning you can't get busted for doing any crimes at all or even trying to bust someone out of jail. You can still get hospitalised as usual though.

Added Bonuses (Open to discussion):
1. Slight increase in gains from mugging.
2. 10-20% reduction in nerve required to commit a crime.

Edit: So these are the top suggestions soo far:
1. Reduced nerve required to commit crimes. / Double nerve bar.
2. Freeze CE during event period so no matter how much you fail your CE doesn't drop. (Probably should be allowed to go up though else wouldn't it make crimes pointless?).
3. No one can get busted during "the purge".
4. The purge should last 24 hours instead of 12 hours so that people in different timezones can participate.

Got the idea from the movie/show "The Purge".

What date is Purge night?

This amendment establishes a 12-hour event known as "The Purge" which would take place from 7:00 in the evening of March 21 to 7:00 in the morning of March 22, wherein all crime including murder becomes legal.

So if no one can get jailed during this time, how are we supposed to bust people out of jail?
An event that would freeze your CE regardless of how many drug deals or hacking crimes you fail would be interesting though.

It seems a great event, but...
- I don't agree in increasing mug.
- It will be nice to have double nerve bar during event.
- adjust: Your own bazaar need to be closed.

Double nerve but also double hospital time (or at least a significant increase). Purge night sees a huge number of hospital admissions which easily overwhelms them.

omg... I think double hosp time won't be good hahahaha
maybe a little sugestion here:
- Forget the increase in nerve to commit crimes
- Decrease Energy to attack others from 25 to 20 or 15

Separate the crimes to another event, let purge night only to attack others. No?

No revives can be done, or medical items used for the duration of the event. Hospitalization results in automatic 12 hours of host time: you die during the purge, you STAY dead.
