I was looking at maybe investing in the torn clothing stock and getting a block. But it would use all my money. How often does the block bonus payout? Weekly or so? Just wondering if worth it to take money from bank and invest into stock block that pays dividends?

Weekly returns for all stock blocks are listed here:

TCC performs relatively poorly compared to many others. I believe the dividend averages out to once per three months, and the chart in that link estimates that your weekly return will be ~ $325,000 / week.
LSC (Casino) on the other hand returns $860,000 / week. LSC stock is also trading at a very low price currently.

If you don't know the answer then don't respond moron.

They payout on average once every 3 months. The interest from banking is much higher then dividends so keep your money in there. If you have maxed out your banking at 2 bill then I recommend stock benefits that payout items first LSC, SYM and FHG. They payout much higher then the stocks that give dividends,

Honestly it's a horrible thing to pay into unless you're a very inactive or rich player, like most past the 400m range

I recall seeing such a post, yes.

It is random, but a random division around an average. Pretty standard "randomness"..

And yes...
fill the city bank up before considering stocks. Get it up to 2B, and when it's full, use the interest to buy shares. Even thougl longer terms may be more profitable, you might want to go for 2 week periods of interest, so you have the sense of getting somewhere when you get to buy a chunk of shares every two weeks. You won't have a full block immediately, but at least you'll see your portfolio grow.

Programmatically there is no such thing. You have to set your parameters for the event. Your answer is impossible for this environment. As has been replied the parameters are around the average payout that can be seen to happen.
