My happy just went to 5026/5025 randomly then jumped down to 5016 again without me doing anything, no training or anything

This is a known issue and is being currently worked upon. It just visually gives you additional e/nerve/happiness right after the clocks tick, goes away after a few seconds or after you refresh the page or if you try to use the said resource.
