Second time this has happened within a week where i've had ten or more hits within 5 minutes of each other and hasn't kept recording as a chain, the most recent broke twice without a cooldown or anthing. most recent was within ten minutes of when elimination ticket loss was happening.

both times playing on android app
Application version: 0.3.10
deveice: Huawei VOG_L09
Andorid version: 10

also has random attack log added from two peope that arent in my faction marked with yellow arrow.

The chain starts counting from the very first hit that you made, which was at 11:12:51, you had until 11:17:51 to make 10 hits, which you didn't do so the chain dropped and restarted at 11:18:28 when you did one more hit.

Same applies for the other set of screenshot, you started the chain at 05:05:24 and didn't do 10 hits before 05:10:24, so the chain dropped:
