Stuck on a raised mountain top and can't get past the tree. Any ideas gamer gods

i cant get christmas town on my list on the left,it has the usual competitions and community events etc but not Christmas town,any ideas why,I have restarted the computer but still no Christmas joy

OP: In the top right, next to the coordinates, there should be a refresh button.

This will refresh your position in the map to the start point again.

Urbanmenace: I believe they are release CT to users gradually. Random who gets access to it first.

You can click on the Reset button to reset your location once every 15 minutes, developers are working on ways to address the getting stuck issue:
