So Iam a newbie on this game. I keep thinking how would this work and how to do good on this game. So everytime I was put at the hospital because someone just pick on the weak like me and try to kill me.

Train and lay low. Don’t reply on global, at all (my personal advice). Reading chats and forum is fine, but try not to respond, if possible.
And if you do create a post on the forum, make sure it’s on the right category (questions posts in Q&A, etc.) Posting it in on the wrong one generally annoys or anger some players here. You don’t want that, in the long run.
Lastly, trust no one (or keep trust to a minimum). This is the best way to prevent being scammed by scammers
