Hello! I have an item idea/suggestion:

COFFEE

Maybe a beverage. Maybe a drug. Possible features:
-reduces cooldown from drinking beer
-more energy
-more happy
-might randomly nerf or subtract X% from any one stat
-No OD
-Maybe you can't use some other drug? Or if you do, there's a hosp chance
-helps temporarily with works stats? most likely endurance

I'm curious if Coffee was something that was considered as an addition at some point. Thanks for listening!

It could be a good addition to the game, maybe those addicted to coffee might just open a company here?

Yes! Coffee shops. We have bars after all.

And maybe different kinds of coffee offer different benefits/reductions:
Latte
Cappuccino
Macchiato
Americano
Iced Coffee
etc.

Can't have a crime-based virtual life without lots of coffee involved.

Because people can get super gittery and anxious if they consume a lot of coffee irl, make OD be tanking nerve and temp reduced crime success rate

I think this is good too:
Reduces time of your current virus programming by X hours and add 1 hour in your booster cooldown

Reducing virus programming time is genius
