So I was wondering if we can all go to the dump on the 27th and start looking around to try to empty the dump because we may find some valuable items in there that are covered in rubbish

Some people have dumped 100k of a certain item, you won’t manage to empty it.
It also won’t help that if you did manage to organise everyone you’d get some people just filling it back up for “a laugh”.

If you want to try and organise the whole of Torn, 12 hours notice is probably not quite enough.
To be honest, twelve months probably wouldn’t be enough
