It's better to not make the threads. Subversive Alliance is a retirement home, so they have lots of money through their pension plan that's funding the bounties.
so, you messaged someone 1m x your strength and networth and asked them why they were threatened by you. then you messaged a friend of theirs asking the same thing. Then they bountied you.
