CloudJumper[1636201] · 2 likes · This is fixed, but I will assign this to Ched to confirm if it needs to be closed. Thanks!
17:55:04 - 18/02/22 You set Maximum life XX on Vulpes Vulpes's upgrade tree
But our life maximum has not increased. Also I do not see it in my personal perks. Tried a blood bag to trigger it but it didn't help. Other specials did wirk correctly.

This really is a mystery, I nor anyone on the team can find the reason why this occasionally fails. I've just tried reproducing it dozens of times with my test faction and had no luck - my other option is to try and replicate it on your account with your faction, under the exact same conditions.
If I can reproduce this, I can pass my findings on to the team, who'll be able to debug it.
Can it be connected to the 550 errors that were also fixed today? Would be a major coincidence that something was happening with profiles, and this fails at the same time.
I assume life is applied by actually changing the max life field in the database. Most other upgrades don't actually hit a database I'm guessing (like steadfast)
life -> change database upon set/unset -> use db field steadfast -> no changes once set -> when training, upgrades are checked.
Maybe make life work the same way? Can the database store only the base life value, and the upgrades are "applied realtime" in code?
