Yeah you're pretty unlucky. But the chance of overdosing always stays the same, unless you are A) in a faction with overdose reduction upgrades, or B) in a nightclub with the perk 50% less overdose chance.

Check this post by Andy, the chances of overdosing 3 times in a week when you take around 3 xanax a day is around 0,74%. You did it in less days, so even smaller chance.

You can consider buying my insurance, can even profit off of the unlucky OD-streak. Up to ~80m per overdose.

Ive had it happen 3 xanax in a row, i also have a super low od rate in total. Hopefully it evens out and you can get a good 300 xanax no od run.


I think its a 2% od rate with my faction perks, so 2%^3 is the odds of getting 3 od’s in a row, a teenie bit more likely to have 3 od’s in 4 xanax



Shoulda been taking cannabis instead. ;p

my OD rate peaked at 4.27% after 3 quick OD's in a span of less than 2 days with trips to rehab in between as well. i have it down to 3.67% now. if this was an achievement though, it would seem much harder a feat to accomplish.

Your OD rate seems high to me, so I'd put it down to bad RNG -- unless you are in a faction with low OD mitigation perqs.
