So sad. 10 dead in mass shooting at a supermarket. Teen was armed, tactically dressed, and live streamed his atrocity apparently racially motivated.
The lives of so many again wrecked. Why are folks resorting to such violence these days. Can't we just talk things out and respect each others viewpoints?
Our gov't and media certainly aren't good role models. Maybe we have to be.
With the information that's been released so far, there's very little to understand, and there's plenty of information out there about the psychology of white supremacy for those who really want to understand more. "Advancing an agenda" is a smear that can be used for any effort to do something about anything. I'm happy to advance an anti-white-supremacy agenda.
What is it you think we need to understand? Do you assume white supremacy isn't already well-understood? Do you think an eighteen-year-old can't be a white supremacist? It's possible there are more details that will eventually come out, but in the meantime, I think it's pretty obvious that white supremacy is a toxic ideology, and white supremacist mass shootings aren't terribly uncommon. It kind of just sounds like you really want to believe this is something other than far-right domestic terrorism, or to come up with some kind of excuse for far-right domestic terrorism.
No, it's external, when for instance certain people with big media influence tell adolescents constantly that the white race is under attack, and white genocide is real thing, some more feeble minded might actually take action in their own hands.
