I have completed all crime merits, i am not sure what to do with all the nerve that i have...

read that there is a limit to how many busts i can do per day, so... what do you recommend i do?

Are you a PA leader yet? if not keep up the arsons (along with busts) until you're a strong PA lead, then consider hacking FBI once your PA successes cover any CE loss from hacking fails.
