Next NPC should be ready in about 10 years billed as NPCs 2.0
Atm there is only anon and duke, no others are on offer as yet.

As the others two have said above, I think Duke is more leaning towards aggressive mission, maybe in the future we will have more NPC who would give us Casino mission, Crime mission, bazaar, stock, ...
So the above posts answer your question, but out of curiosity. What is your mission bar, and how is it complete?
The yellow and green light around Duke's picture.
I hope it's comes sooner than Crime 2.0
Missions 2.0
Exactly. But not with single update. I mean with the multiple agents and some unique mission and perks
Hey, I'm struggling with the gift wrap, where do I get it
from the post office, or the item market. Buy a box. Buy wrapping paper. Use box. Pick which items go in box, thus creating a parcel. Use wrapping paper. Select parcel.
Define "entirely complete"? Because, I've encountered active players much 'older' who are still doing missions (many of them repeat, with tougher targets and higher rewards). There are at least 3 difficulty levels that I'm aware of: Easy, Medium and Hard.
So, even if the visual representation around duke's mug has hit a full circle, I don't think there's really an 'endpoint' to the current missions, just a lack of original content.
I could be wrong, my faction's a ghosttown at this time of day just now, so nobody was available for comment, it's just what I've picked up along the way.
