Ok so how do instore my cash? Sense I can't store it in a bank account and every wallet I find I open it but can put money in it? Also what can you do with credit cards and drivers licenses you find in said opened wallets?

Wallets are supply pack item's which means that they are meant to be open not closed. Contradictory to real life you cannot store money in wallets they are simple meant to give you cash/items.

If you are looking to store money as a new player, your options are quite limited. Considering you are brand new you should or will soon have the option buy a piggy bank from the mission shop. This will let you put an infinite amount of money in but can only be opened once and you can never receive more than one

Some other options are ghost trades. These are trades you open with a person but never complete. They can be used to store a lot of money but they expire every 6 hours.

Some other easy options are buying xanax or points off there respective markets as these are quickly liquidatable items

Another thing you should do is join a faction and potentially use there vault. However do note you will not have immediate access to your money as you will have to ask someone to pull it out for you. You also need to do this with a faction that is trusted as anyone with banking perms can steal the money

Since I don't want to type out any more massive paragraphs here is a list of additional options
