Judging by your age maybe you don't have enough ce to do cracking yet.
If you're failing too often consider going back to easier crimes and building up your crime experience there.

For you in particular, given your age, I'm guessing your Crime Experience (CE) must be quite low.
Starting from Hustling, crimes start requiring some CE before attempting them with regular successes becomes a possibility. This can be seen with disposal as well, but mostly with cracking where your success rate will fall significantly if your CE is too low.
The best way in your situation to increase cracking success rates would be doing other crimes to increase your CE, usually maxing the first four is enough to be able to do any other currently released crime, in terms of CE.
