Why are they so cheap? They were worth a heck of a lot more when they first came out! They are a special item that allows you to do something. . . Plenty of stuff in Torn is just cosmetic.
They used to be worth billions when they first came out since only a handful of people actually got it that early and only a few people who decided to sell it so it was normal to sell it for biliions because who else are you gonna buy it from?
It’s because players who don’t have them see them as a requirement to search another area for cash in the crimes, search for it, and then purchase them at a stupid high cost for the proceeds you actually gain.

Like he said, no need to rush to buy it, you will find it on the beach, after you find yhe metal detector in the junkyard
